All sales are final, unless stated otherwise, on this website. Return policy is subject to change without notice.

Trading Card Returns

All card, booster, and theme deck sales are final and can not be returned.

Subscription Returns

All subscription sales are final, and can not be returned.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The refund and cancellation policy policy is subject to change without notice.

It is the customers responsibility to notify Pokecrate (Pokecrate.com) of any desire for a cancellation, including subscriptions. Cancellations can only be done in the processing phase, before any product is shipped. Once the product is shipped, or the order is marked complete the sale is considered final and is not eligible to be cancelled.

If the customer has been charged and a cancellation is accepted, that customer is eligible for a full refund. Subscribers are eligible for a full refund given they have cancelled their subscription before any product has shipped.

Refunds are processed by a third party and can take up to 4-8 weeks to show up as a credit on the costumers credit/debit card statement and funds may take up to 5-10 business days for it to be available.
