Last month, March 8th 2017, our website experienced a critical error that caused many of our subscriber accounts to go on hold. Not all subscribers are affected. But to those that are, we are deeply sorry to inform you that we have no means to reactivate your subscription.
We ask our loyal subscribers to please cancel their currently “On Hold” account and resubscribe to our service to circumvent this issue.
If you had any promotional or special pricing before the system error occurred, please contact us so we can fix it for you! We do not want our subscribers to feel punished for an error on our part.
If your account is not “On Hold” and is currently “Active”, you need not to take any action. Your account is perfectly fine the way it is and will continue to work the way it was intended.
